Off to St. Louis for Adam (Ben's cousin) & Sarah's wedding.  Ben was very honored to be Adam's Best Man, and was so grateful to join them on their special day.  Beth and Isabel spent most of their time in Belleville, IL with Beth's parents and grandma, while Ben tried to keep up with the non-stop partying of Adam & Sarah.  Sort of seems unfair... :)

On the plane: Delayed well past her bedtime, Isabel slept most of her first flight. The hum of the engines probably helped that quite a bit. Even the jolt of the landing didn't wake her. Out the window, the landing lights are illuminating the clouds during the approach into STL.

as Autumn ought to do." Ben & Beth were quite happy to see some color in the trees. Houston won't see any color change for a couple of months, and the high percentage of pine trees mean that it'll stay mostly green anyway :(

Here's the happy couple post ceremony. Practically unrehearsed (the priest ran through the ceremony super fast and said he'd direct everyone as necessary (maybe excited about the upcoming Cardinals game???)), the wedding went beautifully, and Beth & Ben couldn't be happier for Adam & Sarah.

Between the ceremony and the reception was the alcohol tour through Washington, and oh yeah, a few wedding party pictures in between. Here's the party bus full of a lot of happy folks!
