Beth and Ben met in the flatland known as Illinois. Ben moved to Illinois from Atlanta, GA, basically to find some snow. Beth is from Belleville, IL. We both attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to receive our Master's degrees in Human Resources. In the summer of 2002, Beth worked in California, and we both came to the realization that being apart was no longer going to be an option. We decided to plan a wedding for May 30, 2003. After 3 years of living near San Francisco, CA, our next move was to Houston, TX. Check back for what will hopefully be somewhat frequent updates.

January 19, 2009: It seems we can't leave well enough alone. After getting a bit more settled as a family of 4, it seems that we're picking up and moving! That's right, we're off to St. Louis, MO! Beth has been given a great opportunity to further her career and she's not going to let it pass her by. We're very excited, and of course a bit nervous, but mostly, we're just very busy. We expect to be there in about a month! Lots to do!
September 15, 2008: Elyse Amelia was born on September 15 at 12:18 AM.
November 13, 2008: It's been an incredibly busy 2.5 months, but we're doing great. It was quite an adventure when Elyse came into the world. More on that later.
July 23, 2008: Yep, we know, way way too long between updates. But we have a good excuse. Besides just keeping plain busy, Ben has a stay-at-home job that he does primarily at night (prime website updating time). All is going well out in TX, and Beth is quickly approaching her Mid-September due date! We really will do better at keeping the site updated! :)
March 30, 2008: As you probably see, we've added a new section. It's a pretty important section, and we suggest keeping an eye on it. Also, we've renamed the Isabel section "Adventures with Isabel" because it's too difficult to throw in the random picture that doesn't have Isabel in it. We don't want to mislead you, after all. :)
April 7, 2007: Pictures added from Ben's Dad's retirement trip in 2004.
March 17, 2007: Pictures of Ben & Isabel's trip to Florida and Beth's trip to The Hague are up.
